TEAN YEAR WARRANTY, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS |
Acceptance by BRITISH AMERICAN of any order from the Customer will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Customer shall be deemed to have purchased the goods with full knowledge of these conditions.
| TEN YEAR WARRANTY
BRITISH AMERICAN warrants, for TEN YEARS, the furniture sold to the original owner against defects in workmanship and materials. Furniture claimed as defective must be returned prepaid to BRITISH AMERICAN. We will, at our sole option, repair or replace furniture judged defective and return to sender freight prepaid.
| Except as provided above, BRITISH AMERICAN disclaims all other warranties expressed or implied, as to any product and in particular makes no warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall BRITISH AMERICAN be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the sale or use of the product.

| PRICES: All prices are FOB, Exton, PA, unless otherwise stated in writing, and are subject to change without prior notice. The customer is responsible for all freight, storage, taxes and related charges.
| RETURNS AND STORAGE: Merchandise should not be returned, regardless of reason, without our prior written consent and shipping instructions. Merchandise returned without prior approval will be refused and returned to sender at their expense. A re-stocking charge of 15% will be made when non-defective merchandise is returned.
| CUSHIONS: Our standard cushion is a Sunbrella 100% Acrylic Teflon-coated fabric over polyester-wrapped foam. There is no additional charge for an outdoor cushion core.
