Mr. Munga is a retired Deputy Secretary in the Government of Kenya. He holds an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration (Honoris Causa) from United Graduate College and Seminary. He is a Certified Public Secretary with vast experience in both public and private sector management. He also holds the Yara Prize for a Green Revolution in Africa Laureate 2009 award.
Mr. Munga is the Chairman of Equity Bank Limited, former Chairman of National Oil Corporation of Kenya (NOCK), Chairman of Equatorial Nut Processors Ltd and Chairman of Fresho International Limited. He is an enterprising businessman and runs the Pioneer Group of Schools.
Dr. Wairegi holds a Honorary Doctorate Degree from Kenyatta University, a Masters of Business Administration Degree and Bachelor of Commerce Degree both from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K).
He is a Director of Housing Finance Company of Kenya Limited (HF). He is the Chancellor of Kenyatta University, a former chairman of the Association of Kenya Insurers (AKI) and former board member of the Board of Trustees of the Insurance Training and Education Trust (ITET).
Mr. Mbaru is the Chairman of Dyer and Blair Investment Bank Limited. He is also a director of several other financial and non-financial institutions including Nairobi Securities Exchange, a public quoted company on the NSE and Sanlam Africa Core Real Estate Investors Limited, listed on the Mauritius Stock Exchange.
He is a former chairman of the African Stock Exchanges and is a former member of the National Economic and Social Council.
Mr. Mbaru holds a Master of Business Administration from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree both from the University of Nairobi. He is a fellow of the Kenya Institute of Management.
Ms Robi is a real estate advisory and real estate asset management expert with over 19 years professional experience in real estate both locally and in the United States (US), Ms. Robi spent over 12 years in the real estate sector in the US. At PricewaterhouseCoopers (US), she provided real estate advisory services to various institutional clients, including leading an advisory engagement for a USD 3.5 Billion real estate portfolio.
She is the head of Valma Ltd, an East Africa-based real estate advisory firm which provides Real Estate Advisory Services to both private and institutional real estate investors and developers.
She holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Alabama and a Masters of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University both in the United States.
